What information is collected

When you send an enquiry, Collett Advisory may collect:

  • the details you choose to include in your enquiry; and
  • basic technical information generated by website hosting, such as server logs.

Please do not include sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the enquiry.

How information is used

Enquiry information is used to respond to you, understand the property or project matter you are raising, arrange a conversation where appropriate, and keep necessary business records.

Collett Advisory does not sell personal information and does not use enquiry details for mailing-list marketing without separate permission.

The main lawful basis for handling enquiry information is legitimate interests: responding to enquiries, managing prospective client relationships, operating the business, and keeping appropriate records.
